Hi there! Welcome to the Organizational Values Questionnaire.
Research shows that, more than ever, employees desire to work for
organizations who care about the things that they care about personally. This assessment is aimed at helping us understand the kinds of things that really "matter" to you in a job and organization. There are a few sections - and the whole assessment will take about 15 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers - we just want to know what you care about.
The demographic questions below are used for research purposes and will not be shared with your potential employer. You
may choose not to answer them if you'd prefer by choosing the "Prefer not to indicate" option.
In the following section you'll be asked to review a list of statements. You should think of these statements as
"Organizational Values" - or characteristics that an organization considers critical to how they do business. As you
review these lists, rank the statements based on what you feel best suits you by dragging them and dropping them. The
statement you rank on top of the list should be the value that you feel suits you the best, while the statement on
bottom should be the value that you feel suits you the least. When ranking the statements, consider how much you'd like
to work for a company who values that given characteristic.
